IDE Trade-Up Program Terms and Conditions:

• The IDE Trade-Up Program is available only for residents of the European Union.
• The IDE Trade-Up order must be paid with VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, or JCB International credit cards.
• Participating customers must return their old 4-way IDE adapter or Zorro II adapter board to Elbox within 20 days of receiving the FastATA controller in the Trade-Up Program.
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs of the package with the old IDE adapter sent to Elbox.
• Instructions on how and where to return your old IDE adapter for the trade-in credit will be provided by email, after your trade-up order is placed.

1. What is the Elbox IDE Trade-Up Program?

Elbox's IDE Trade-Up Program allows a customer who has an old Elbox 4xEIDE buffered interface, and those users who have a different brand of any 4-way IDE interface or any Zorro II IDE adapter to upgrade to the Elbox FastATA controller.


2. Who can participate in this Program?

Any resident of the European Union, who has a 4-way IDE interface (by Elbox or another manufacturer) or Zorro II IDE adapter, who has a valid credit card and has purchased their new Elbox FastATA controller in IDE Trade-Up Program directly from Elbox Online Store.

4. Are these full retail versions of the FastATA controllers?

Yes. These are full retail versions.

5. How much will my credit card be charged when I order a product offered in the Elbox's IDE Trade-Up Program?

Your credit card will be charged the full price, plus shipping charges when we ship your new Elbox FastATA controller board to you. Your credit card will be credited the Trade-In Credit once we have received your old IDE adapter with the Elbox Trade-Up Credit Form within 30 days.

6. How many can I order?

You can only order one FastATA controller for every existing 4-way IDE interface or Zorro II IDE adapter you trade-in.

7. How can I pay for this?

To be eligible for this Trade-Up Program you must have a valid VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club or JCB International credit card.

8. What should I do with my old IDE adapter?

You will receive an instructions on how to return your old IDE adapter in the package with the FastATA controller. You will need to complete the Trade-Up Credit Form when returning your old IDE adapter. The Trade-Up Credit Form can be found in the package with your FastATA controller.
PLEASE NOTE: If Elbox has not received your old IDE adapter within 30 days of the date of receipt of your new FastATA controller, we will not be able to credit you the Trade-In Credit.
